    It's a good place to grab almost anything you want. Visited there few times to grab some coffee, banana cakes and pre-cooked meals. Staff was friendly and helpful. It wasn't so crowded during my visits. The only downside was it had limited seats available which was located outside the shop and it was almost ruined by the people who dinned there, They've left everything on the desks without putting leftovers in the garbage bins.

    Scam. Munchy’s biscuit at other 7 eleven sell at 2.90. Here is 3.50. That’s ok for me. But..Not just that, once scanned at the cashier price shown 3.90. What the heck!

    Hi 7-Eleven, I am extremely frustrated with the paper straw for Slurpee that I bought. It becomes soggy and useless in less than 10 minutes, ruining the whole drink. I get the sustainability effort, but this clearly was not tested properly. Sustainability should never mean zero convenience. Please fix this, by all means!

    Be careful when buying products. About an hour ago, I bought a bottle of Coke and realized it had already been opened. It must have been sitting there for a long time, there was no gas left, and I accidentally took a sip. Now I feel nauseous and disgusted.

    Just don't have higher expectations from the staff then you will be fine. Dear 7-eleven team, train your staff how to deal with customers or hire someone nice at least.

    Dear Customer Service, I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with a recent encounter I had at your Malaysia branch. As a dedicated customer and a tourist in Malaysia, I have always enjoyed shopping at 7 elevn Company and have been impressed with the quality of your products. However, during my visit on 08/0/62023 at 9:10 pm you can check the camera, I had an unfortunate experience with one of your staff members. I approached him to ask about the coins he give to me , as I am unfamiliar with the local currency. Instead of providing assistance or clarifying my query, he responded in an eccentric manner and began shouting at me and he was very anger infront me and my family . This encounter left me feeling incredibly upset and taken aback. As a customer, I believe that such behavior is not suitable for someone representing your esteemed company. I had hoped for a more understanding and helpful response, particularly as a tourist relying on your staff for guidance. I kindly request that you address this matter promptly and take appropriate action regarding the behavior of the staff member in question. I believe it is essential for your employees to uphold the values and customer service standards that I have come to associate with Seven Alvin Company. I genuinely hope that steps will be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future, as it can significantly impact the reputation of your otherwise outstanding establishment. I value my relationship with your brand and hope that this matter will be resolved satisfactorily. Thank you for your attention to this matter.     They sell fake SIM cards. I bought DIGI SIM visited DIGI office as it’s not possible to register remote and they told me that SIM card I bought is already activated and I have to go back and ask for replacement. So don’t waist your time don’t buy SIM cards in 7-eleven. Better to go direct to the office witch you will have to do with DIGI anyway for activation.

    Yesterday 25/07/24 around 18:00 hours we bought two SIM cards to have internet, the two people who attended us, a young and slim guy and a guy between 30/40 years not so slim, charged us 35RM instead of 12RM which is what it really costs the internet plan of 7 days, when we asked for the ticket they did not want to give it to us, it is unfortunate that a chain like seven eleven has people like this working that defraud their customers.

    Bought a sim card with supposed flat rate for one month for 45myr and Turned out just 1gb. No good looking after tourists. Very sad
